Learning Objective:
The objective of this course is to give an insight into processing of basic foods, to familiarize with basic principles of food spoilage & various methods of preservation and packaging.

By the end of the course the student/learner will be able to:
- To get acquainted with various techniques of food processing.
- To identify food spoilage causing microbes and process underlying it
