Course objectives:
- The objective of this course is to have a firm foundation of the fundamentals and insight on different separation techniques used in biotechnology
The learner will be able to:
- Develop an understanding of the different aspects of electromagnetic radiation and spectroscopy.
- Be able to relate principles of Physics to applications and techniques in the field of Biology such as Microscopy, Spectroscopy and Electrophoresis.
